Food was good, not great for the price. The service was excellent, and ambience was nice. I'll definitely be back to give it another try, but it didn't blow me away.

Kind service, calm, open atmosphere, beautiful presentation of a perfectly cooked filet of fish and my cocktail was on point.

An amazing dose of Americana in the heart of downtown. The bread is amazing. The oysters are fresh. The ribeye got crushed. The staff was on top of it. It might have other restaurants in its concept, but it is worth it for locals and tourists alike.

Our party of 4 came here for dinner on a Sunday. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was attentive and friendly. We started off with the calamari, which was very tasty and crispy, and a spicy lobster roll, which we gobbled up. For an entree, I went with the sea bass at our server's recommendation, and I see why it's one of their most popular dishes. The fish had a crust on it but was so moist and delicious. The butternut squash puree and the gnocchi were great complements- I literally think about this meal at least once a week.

Elegant seafood restaurant perfect for a date or special occasion! When we went it was around the holidays and it was beautifully decorated. Our service was amazing, and it was also very family friendly. Plenty of bar seating by the live bar/lobster tanks. Other options if you're not a fan of seafood!

I love seafood, and I love this place! It never fails to deliver an excellent service, the best food, and incredible drinks!!! It is pricey but worth it for special days, such as my birthday! There is a public parking half a block across the road. Highly recommend!

As a born and raised New England transplant, I don't jump at having seafood in land lock Colorado. But - my cravings need exceptions outside of making stuff at the casa. This is a really nice place with the most globally sourced seafood menu in town. It's timeless for a date without the kids and business meetings. Even if you don't love seafood, you can have that one loner friend still enjoy their meals. Located near Union station downtown - come for some oysters, entrees and stay for the cocktails.

Recently had family in town and they were so excited to have Water Grill. We reserved a table and while it was nice to have it guaranteed, it was not busy in a Sunday night. The service was phenomenal, we really enjoyed the full team and even had an opportunity to take a look at the live tanks and hold one of the king crab! The food was super delicious, nothing was disappointing, everyone enjoyed their meals. The mix of oysters were delicious, spicy lobster perfectly cooked. We would highly recommend anyone who loves seafood to enjoy dinner at Water Grill!
